Sizing
What
size am I?
While jewellery sizing is not standardised, most jewellers around the
world will have the same sizing instruments. This means that your local
jeweller will be able to advise you of your ring size. We do recommend
that every customer downloads our ring sizer from the ring
size information section of our website though, as this will
help accuracy even further.
I
went to three different jewellers and received three different ring
sizes! Who is correct?
First of all, you are not alone! In this situation, we recommend
downloading our ring sizer from our ring
size information page, as this will help determine the best
size for you, as it is based directly on our sizing system.
What
if I get the ring and it is not the right size?
That is no problem at all, simply fill out our exchange form, and we
will guide you through the easy exchange process. In most cases, the
exchange will be free!
Shipping
How
long does shipping take?
This will vary depending upon the shipping method chosen, as well as
the destination. Free standard shipping within Australia will normally
take 2-5 business days, while express shipping will normally arrive
next business day from shipping. International standard shipping can
vary widely, but will normally take 7-14 business days to arrive. FedEx
International Priority normally takes 1-3 business days.
Is
there a tracking number for my item?
While tracking is not available for standard shipping, it is available
for FedEx International Priority. Your tracking number will be provided
once the item is shipped, and can be tracked at www.fedex.com.
Why
can't I purchase insurance?
Insuring an item covers us
for lost items, so why should you have to pay for it? We insure all
items ourselves, and at our expense.
I
used standard shipping, and my item hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Don't panic! We will look after you, and we always ensure that you
either receive your item or your money back. Please contact us so that
we can help.
Payment
What
forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept bank deposit for Australian and New Zealand
customers, and PayPal for all customers worldwide.
Other
Are
your items genuine titanium?
We guarantee it. Even our earrings are titanium, right down to the
posts and clips. Titanium is what we do, and we think we're the best in
the business!
