Shipping Information

Our shipping policy is simple, we ship worldwide, absolutely free! There is no catch, no matter how many or how few items you purchase, all titanium jewellery will be shipped using standard airmail (or registered post within Australia) absolutely 100% FREE! Orders shipped via this method normally take 5-7 business days for Australian residents, and 7-14 business days for addresses outside of Australia.

Other shipping options are also available, including Express Post for orders within Australia (1-2 business days).

For express orders outside of Australia we offer FedEx International Priority (2-4 business days). If you select this option you will be provided with tracking number for your item(s).

All items will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Shipping times do vary - particularly during holiday seasons - and are purely dependent on the postal/shipping services involved.

Please Note: We no longer ship to Poland, but you can find our products through http://www.tytanowa.pl/. They are a reputable local Polish company that deal exclusively with our products in Poland.

Customs Duties/Taxes

Please note that some countries may charge duties and/or taxes on items when they are delivered to you. Intense Titanium cannot be held responsible for these charges, and they are not included in any quoted prices on this website. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to determine what these charges might be, as they can vary greatly in different countries. Due to the Free Trade Agreement between Australia and the United States, there should be no additional charges for U.S. customers. Many other countries will have a threshold below which no additional charges will be incurred, and this information should be available from customs in your particular country.
